Point
Ruston is a 97-acre waterfront community with 1000 condos, apartments
and townhomes and 228,000 sq. ft. of commercial/retail to be
built on the shoreline of the City of Tacoma and the Town of
Ruston. McCament & Rogers has worked on the project since
2007 in the areas of land use approvals, LID financing, public
art, community relations, and special events.

The
Vintage Y, 714 Market Street, Tacoma, WA
McCament
& Rogers managed the sales and marketing program and provided
consultation on fixtures and finishes when this former YMCA
in downtown Tacoma was redeveloped and converted into 18 condominiums
in 2005.

The
Roberson, 708 Market Street, Tacoma, WA
Built
in 2007, the Roberson is a mixed-use building that includes
condominiums, multi-story live-work units, ground floor retail/commercial
space and structured parking. McCament & Rogers consulted
on fixtures and finishes for the building during the planning
stages, and directed the initial sales & marketing efforts
with on-site sales personnel.

the City of Lakewood in their redevelopment efforts to bring
private investment to a portion of Pacific Highway fronting
